Our community is about
more than pickleball.

We share courts, rallies and plenty of laughs. This holiday season, let’s share an evening together and do something meaningful for our wider community. Catch up with your pickleball friends, get to know someone new and help us send a little kindness into the holidays.

01 / SIP

A tasting to enjoy.

Settle in for an fun, relaxed tasting led by a knowledgeable Collingwood Wine Host. Explore 6–8 wines, with selections that may include white, red, sparkling and rosé, alongside light pairings.

No wine expertise needed. Just curiosity.
02 / CONNECT

Good company, off court.

Swap your paddle for a glass and enjoy time with the people who make our pickleball community special. Come with a friend or come on your own, there will be plenty of friendly faces to connect with.

03 / GIVE BACK

A gift with heart.

Together, we’ll assemble shoebox gifts for donation to The Shoebox Project and write personal notes of encouragement for the women receiving them. We’ll provide all the items and supplies.

Giving back has
always mattered to us.

The Shoebox Project supports women impacted by homelessness through thoughtfully packed gifts of everyday essentials and little luxuries. Each shoebox includes a handwritten note, a personal reminder that someone cares.

A cause close to our hearts.

Giving back is important to both Alison and Nicole. Before moving to St. John’s, Nicole supported The Shoebox Project, and she’s excited to bring that tradition back through an evening with our 709 Pickleball community.

Each year, Alison supports Iris Kirby House through donations of feminine hygiene products. You may remember the referees at our 2025 Provincial Championships coming together to make a generous donation to support her efforts.

Those moments remind us how much good this community can do together. This year, we’re bringing that same spirit to The Shoebox Project, and we’re excited to share it with all of you.

We’ll supply the gifts and materials. Together, we’ll pack the boxes, write our notes and help make someone’s holiday a little brighter.
